2. What data we process
The website is informational (a business card site) and contains no forms or login. We process:
- data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (see section 4);
- data you provide when contacting us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or when booking an appointment via Booksy — for the purpose of responding and scheduling your visit.
3. Legal basis
We process data from analytics and marketing cookies on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Necessary cookies and handling contact requests are based on the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies
We use cookies in three categories: necessary (always active), analytics, and marketing (currently unused). Consent for analytics and marketing cookies is collected via a banner and you can change it at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer.

5. Recipients of data
Our data is used by our tool providers: Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), Google Maps (embedded map of the studio location), Netlify (hosting), and, when you contact us, Booksy and WhatsApp/Meta. In the future, marketing tools (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) may be used, but only after marketing consent has been given.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (Google, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Retention period
We store cookie data for the period indicated in the table above, or until consent is withdrawn. Correspondence is stored for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry.
8. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
9. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO — President of the Polish Data Protection Authority), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
